What We Provide

Design Events

Working with you from start to finish on the look and feel of the event. From colors to layout we will create the look and feel of your event to make it uniquely you.

Create Event Timelines

This will be a document that will outline the entire event from start to finish.

Meet with Steering Committees & Staff

Planning and update meetings will occur throughout the process with whomever you deem necessary.

Manage & Optimize Event Budget

We will work together to create an initial budget and then continue to manage it throughout the process, helping you spend your money where it makes the most impact.

Communicate with Vendors

Our team will be the point person for all vendors such as caterers, rentals, entertainment, etc.

Coordinate all "Day Of" Details on Site

Our team is on site with you from setup to strike.

Organize & Review Contracts

We have years of experience looking at vendor contracts, looking at all the nitty gritty details and where changes may need to be made.

Track Venue Logistics

We will work directly with venues to make sure we have all the information necessary when working with a venue space.
